The EVP SHOW at Career City Fest is an exclusive platform where companies present themselves on stage as the best employers, showcasing all the advantages they offer to their employees, which contribute to their reputation as the best in their field.
A company's EVP SHOW can take various forms, such as a speech, song, video, presentation, or any other format that imagination gets. Each company will have 7 minutes on stage to present its corporate culture and showcase its creative and bold team.
This is a real "Oscar" award ceremony with the participation of the best employers of the country.
