The CCF Mayor is both a trusted public figure and a link between generations. Serving as the festival’s yearly ambassador, this person embodies and communicates its values, culture, and long-term vision. The Mayor defines the annual message, promotes meaningful generational dialogue, and represents CCF within its key programs, bringing together companies, experts, and participants around the principles shaping the future of work.
Career City Fest is a place where generations meet with purpose. A space where experience, ambition, and curiosity come together to shape the future of work. This is why I chose to stand with CCF, because its mission echoes everything I believe in: creating opportunities, fostering growth, and giving every young person the confidence to step forward.
As a World and European Champion and the founder of the Nazik Avdalyan Sports Foundation, I’ve seen how guidance and the right environment can transform a generation. At CCF, we build that environment on a national scale: connecting companies, experts, and participants through honest dialogue and shared values.
As Mayor, my role is to strengthen these connections and champion the festival’s vision of a modern, human-centered labor market.

Career City Fest 2K25 took place on April 25–26, 2025, setting a new benchmark for the organizing team.

Career City Fest 2K24 was held on April 27 and 28, 2024, and set a new benchmark for the organizing team, surpassing the previous year's results.

CCF Special Edition brought together on one platform all the organizations that are ready to support the people of Artsakh in the fields of education, employment, and social services.

Career City Fest was held for the first time on April 28 and 29, 2023, and immediately became a popular event for visitors and participating companies.

- EVENTEX AWARDSIn 2024, Career City Fest won two gold awards at the prestigious Eventex Awards in “The Best Fair” and “People's Choice Event” categories.
With 1,207 companies from 67 countries competing, CCF became the first Armenian event to be nominated and win at this global competition proving its world-class quality!
- The Voice of GEN at CCFSilver at Eventex Awards 2025
In 2025, Skill once again gained international recognition with our gamified installation, “The Voice of GEN at CCF”, winning the Silver Award in the People’s Choice – Brand Experience category at the Eventex Awards.
This creative activation opened new horizons for us in brand experience and engagement, cementing Skill’s position as a global-level expert in brand activations.
